Snow Day

After three days of being stuck in the house during the snow storm (over 24inches in 24hrs!), Mac finally ventured out to experience his first taste of snow. His reaction to the snow was a combination of ambivalence and cold cheeks, but hopefully it will grow on him over time.

Mac was pretty thrilled with his first xmas present, from Lee and Leni. He loves to grab paper and crinkle it up in his hands, and so being the thoughtful gift givers that we are Cam and I have decided our gift to him this holiday season will be all the wrapping paper under the tree.

Welcome to Washington, right? I hope you're enjoying it. Mac is so, so, so cute. You have to take advantage of the time when he doesn't understand presents. Ben is starting to get it, but I think the big ticket items can still wait a year or two (thank goodness!). Merry Christmas!

Mac's ambivalence to the snow is so funny! Hope you guys are staying warm otherwise and you have a wonderful white Christmas!

Oh my gosh look at all that snow, I can't believe it. I hope you guys are staying nice and warm when you aren't venturing out to let Mac play in the snow. Merry Christmas.
